The tools of making a living through farming and fishing in ages past and other numerous other artifacts are on display in the Regional History Museum which give a feel for how daily life must have been in the early history of the town. Artifacts connected with Japan's first woman physician and clay and stone pots which were dug out of the Minamikawa ruins are also on display.
